Please send me an email using the contact form on the “About” page :) \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThat is a BULBILE ?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA tiny, quivering creature, both grounded and volatile, you can hold it in the palm of your hand or set it on a table, or as a desk friend when you are working, it reacts to your every movements by trembling slightly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Bulbiles are paper and metal structures that echo the constant evolution and movement of fermentations. They come in different sizes: micro, mini, and medium.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat is it made of ?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is made out of fermented paper, from kombucha mother which I grow in my workshop in Alsace (East of France), the texture is very similar to paper. It's a long process, each sheet of paper takes between 3 and 5 weeks to grow to the desired thickness, and then, as it dries, the material loses 80% of its water content; it is then dyed with natural or food-grade dyes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI harvested the granit stones in the Alsatian vineyards, as a result, each stone is unique and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOther important infos:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePs: I’m also a winemaker, and I make living wines.
